Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

Nudge Guides (“we,” “us”) publishes this policy so you know exactly what happens to your information when you visit nudgeguides.com or buy a guide. In short: this site collects almost nothing about you directly. Here's the full picture anyway.

What this site collects directly

nudgeguides.com has no accounts, no newsletter signup, and no contact form — the only way to reach us is the info@nudgeguides.com email link in the footer. If you email us, we receive and keep that correspondence (your email address, name if you give one, and whatever you wrote) so we can answer you and have a record of support requests. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't add you to any marketing list — there isn't one.

What happens when you buy a guide

Checkout is handled entirely by Polar.sh (Polar Software, Inc.), a separate company that acts as the merchant of record for every purchase on this site. When you buy a guide, you leave nudgeguides.com and complete payment on Polar's own checkout page. Polar collects what it needs to process the order — your email, payment details, and billing information — and is responsible for that data under its own privacy policy, not ours. We never see or store your full payment card details. You can read Polar's privacy policy at polar.sh/legal/privacy-policy and the terms that apply to you as a buyer at polar.sh/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Polar emails you a download link for your guide once payment goes through. We don't separately store a list of who bought what — that record lives with Polar.

Cookies and analytics

nudgeguides.com itself doesn't set tracking cookies, run Google Analytics, or load any advertising pixel. There's nothing to opt out of on this site because nothing is being tracked. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard connection data (like IP address and browser type) as a normal part of delivering the pages you request and keeping the site secure — this is infrastructure-level logging, not something we access to identify individual visitors. If you proceed to checkout, Polar's checkout page (a different site, outside our control) may set its own cookies under its own policy linked above.

How long we keep things

Email correspondence is kept as long as reasonably useful for support and record-keeping, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time by emailing info@nudgeguides.com. For anything related to an actual order — payment records, invoices, download history — Polar is the party holding that data, so requests about it should go through them.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

International visitors

If you're outside the United States, be aware that any information processed through this site — by us, Cloudflare, or Polar — may be handled in the United States or other countries where those providers operate.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
